Dr. Ahmed Nady, DPT, CEAS

FOUNDER

A NY State board-licensed Physical Therapist and certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist.

Dr Ahmed is the leading onsite physical therapist at top NYC corporations treating and preventing work-related injuries through ergonomic intervention and preventative strategies

Throughout his career, he’s achieved advanced levels of manual therapy, including myofascial release, muscle energy technique, and Mckenzie/Mulligan’s manual-based approach in the treatment of spine and postural dysfunction.

His clinical experience has been in orthopedic physical therapy with a specific interest in Lower extremities sports injuries , postural dysfunction and Spine related conditions.

Dr. Allison Win, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Allison Win is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation and persistent pain. She earned her degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine where she honed her holistic, evidence-based practice to focus on root causes of movement problems. Her approach combines movement analysis with biopsychosocial evaluation to assess all factors that influence optimal treatment. Allison prides herself on being a well-rounded individual with diverse clinical experiences at IRONMAN Sports Medicine Institute, NYU Rusk Rehabilitation, and more.

Allison is passionate about enhancing her patients’ health and performance in all contexts. Whether it’s training for a marathon, improving posture at work, or completing a photoshoot, her patients’ lifestyle goals are the priority. She treats a variety of conditions with particular interest in sports injuries, knee pain, back pain, and migraines. In her work with chronic pain conditions, she also incorporates modalities beyond traditional physical therapy such as mindfulness training and pain education. Allison tailors treatment to her patients no matter what phase of recovery they’re in, with the ultimate goals of restoring movement, teaching preventative habits, and building sustainable routines.

Allison’s movement hobbies include running, strength training, yoga, salsa, and volleyball. She continues to advance her education with completed coursework in IPA FM1 and Mulligan Concept Upper and Lower Quadrants. She is also a certified SSP provider.

Mauricio Rodríguez, PTA

With over 23 years of experience, Mauricio A.Rodriguez, has been helping people move, heal, and feel better. He provides personalized rehabilitation and wellness services for adults of all ages.

From orthopedic and neurological conditions, Mauricio designs exercise programs that focus on improving confidence, safety, and independence in daily life, optimizing your body’s wellbeing.

With a strong background in gait training, postural alignment, and functional movement, he also brings years of experience in personal and runner training—helping clients move more efficiently, prevent injuries, and reach their fitness goals.

Mauricio’s hands-on, holistic and unconventional approach makes each session educational, engaging, and empowering, giving every client a guarantee a successful recovery & and a long lasting knowledge of selfcare.

Dr. Jane Kang

Dr. Jane J. Kang, DAcCHM, LAc, LMT is a dual-licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist specializing in sports and pain medicine in New York. She is nationally board-certified by the NCCAOM and holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. Dr. Kang blends the principles of Oriental Medicine with modern, evidence-based therapies to help patients recover from injury, alleviate chronic pain, and achieve optimal movement.

Her clinical expertise includes Master Tung’s acupuncture, orthopedic and sports acupuncture, dry needling, trigger point therapy, and medical deep tissue massage. Her approach is both functional and holistic—addressing underlying causes of pain while enhancing performance, mobility, and overall well-being.

Dr. Kang has extensive experience in multidisciplinary rehabilitation settings, partnering with chiropractors, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Her background in sports medicine and orthopedic acupuncture allows her to perform precise musculoskeletal evaluations, co-manage complex pain cases, and design personalized, rehabilitation-focused treatment plans.
